Poppy Seed Twin Bun
Fluffy twin bun with layers of poppy seed filling with raisins and orange peel, with crunchy crumble and sprinkles of sugar icing
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, MILK, Water, EGGS, Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Yeast, Butter flavouring (Water, Glycol, aroma, stabiliser: xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), salt, ascorbic acid, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, enzymes.
Filling: Water, Poppy Seeds (21%), artificial honey (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid), mixed dried fruit: candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), raisins, WHEAT starch, modified starch, almond flavouring.
Topping: Crumble: Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Sugar, Vanilla sugar, WHEAT flour.
Icing: Icing sugar, water.
