Custard Crumble Bun
Sweet fluffy bun with delicious custard cream filling, topped with crunchy crumble and sprinkles of sugar icing
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, MILK, Water, EGGS, Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Yeast, Butter flavouring (Water, Glycol, aroma, stabiliser: xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), salt, ascorbic acid, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, enzymes.
Filling: Custard [(Sugar, modified starch, MILK whey powder, vegetable oil, powdered MILK, palm oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate, sodium citrate, sodium alginate, calcium sulphate, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl lactate), glucose, thickeners, emulsifiers, salt, flavouring, colouring (beta-carotene, riboflavin).
Topping: Crumble: Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Sugar, Vanilla sugar, WHEAT flour, Icing: Icing sugar, water.
