Fluffy sweet bun with delicious custard cream, topped with strawberry filling and covered by sugar icing
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, water, EGGS, Margarine (Vegetable Oils: Rapeseed and Palm oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (PDV), Salt, Citric Acid, flavouring, colouring – beta-carotene), Sugar, Yeast, Salt, lactose (MILK), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), Sodium stearoyl lactate, Whey powder (MILK), WHEAT gluten, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine, spices, E160a, E304, Vitamin E, rosemary extract.
Filling: Custard [(Sugar, modified starch, MILK whey powder, vegetable oil, powdered MILK, palm oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate, sodium citrate, sodium alginate, calcium sulphate, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Sodium stearoyl lactate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), glucose, thickening agent (E401, E450), salt, flavouring, colouring (beta-carotin, riboflavin)
Topping: Fresh strawberries, sugar glaze (Sugar, water, citric acid)
