Fluffy twin bun with layers of sweet cheese, with crunchy crumble and sprinkles of sugar icing
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, MILK, Water, EGGS, Sugar, Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Yeast, Butter flavouring (Water, Glycol, aroma, stabiliser: xanthan gum, ascorbic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), salt, ascorbic acid, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, enzymes.
Filling: Curd cheese 14% fat (MILK), EGGS, Sugar, Custard [(Sugar, modified starch, MILK whey powder, coconut oil, powdered MILK, gelling agent MILK protein, salt, glucose, colouring agents: beta carotene, riboflavin, stabiliser sodium tripolyphosphate)], potato starch, WHEAT flour, EGGS, vanilin sugar.
Topping: Crumble: Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), Sugar, Vanilla sugar, WHEAT flour, Icing: Icing sugar, water.
