Coffee flavoured sponge cake with layers of rich tiramisu flavoured whipped cream
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
Filling: Whipped cream (Cream (MILK), palm & coconut pulp, sugar, vanillin sugar, pork gelatine, tiramisu flavouring (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, flavours, skimmed milk powder (MILK), ethyl alcohol (till 5% V/m), sweetener, natural colouring; corn starch, pectins, potassium sorbate), Cake layer (sugar, EGGS, WHEAT flour, potato starch, WHEY powder (MILK), raising agents (baking powder, baking soda) EGGS, water), Cocoa powder, Instant coffee, Almond flavouring, Water.
Topping: Hot chocolate powder (Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonates), Flavouring. May contain MILK.
