Rose Petal Jam Doughnut
Traditional soft dough doughnut made with with a rose petal and sugar filling, glazed with icing, and sprinkled with candied orange rind
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, EGGS, water, yeast, Margarine (Vegetable Oils: Rapeseed and Palm oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (PDV), Flavouring, Colour: Annatto, Curcumin),
Filling: Rose Petal Filling (Sugar 49%, Rose Petals 25%, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate)
Topping: sugar glaze, candied orange peel (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid)
