Sweet bun braided with a roasted raspberry filling
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, water, EGGS, Margarine (Vegetable Oils: Rapeseed and Palm oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (PDV), Salt, Citric Acid, flavouring, colouring – beta-carotene), Sugar, Yeast, Salt, lactose (MILK), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), Sodium stearoyl lactate, Whey powder (MILK), WHEAT gluten, maltodextrin, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine, spices, carotene, ascorbyl palmitate, Vitamin E, rosemary extract.
Filling: Raspberry filling (Water, Sugar, Raspberry puree (20%), glucose-fructose syrup, sorbitol, modified starch, palm oil, gellan gum, calcium citrate, tara gum, butter (MILK), mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavour, carmine, citric acid, sodium citrate, potassium sorbate)
