Pistachio Eclair

A new version of our éclair. The same light choux pastry this time with a delicious cream tith added pistachios, coated in white chocolate and sprinkled with roasted pistachios and free-dried strawberries.

Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggsglutenlupincelerysoyasesame seedsnuts and peanuts are handled):

EGGS, WHEAT flour, Water, Margarine (Vegetable Oils: Rapeseed and Palm oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (PDV), Flavouring, Citric Acid, Colour: Carotene).  Filling:  Pistachio paste (99.57% pistachios, colouring: chlorophyll, turmeric), Custard [(Sugar, modified starch, MILK whey powder, vegetable oil, powdered MILK, Palm oil,  Glucose syrup, sodium caseinate, sodium citrate, sodium alginate, calcium sulphate, gelling agent (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, emulsifier), salt, glucose,  thickening agent (alginic acid, disodium pyrophosphate) flavouring, Colour: riboflavin, beta carotene)]. White Chocolate Topping:   Sugar, partially hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated palm oil/palm kernel oil, WHEY (MILK) Powder, Skimmed MILK powder, sunflower lecithin, flavouring, rapeseed oil, roasted PISTACHIOS, freeze dried strawberry pieces.
