Aromatic gingerbread sponge layered with tangy plum butter and covered by a layer of rich dark chocolate

Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggsglutenlupincelerysoyasesame seedsnuts and peanuts are handled):

RYE flour, water, EGGS, sugar, vegetable oil (SOYA bean oil, anti-foaming agent), ( WHEY powder (MILK), sorbitol, rosted ground chicory, spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, coriander, black pepper), sodium bicarbonate, emulsifier, WHEAT flour, flavouring.
Filling: Plum Butter (plum puree 48%, apple puree 23%, dried plums 22%, glucose syrup, sugar, water, citric acid), Multi-fruit preserve (pureed/liquidised fruit, sugar, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, citric acid, colourings: azorubine, cochineal red A, flavouring, sulphites.
Topping: Dark Chocolate coating (Sugar, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel oil/Palm oil/Palm Kernel Oil, Cocoa Powder, Whey powder (MILK), Carob Powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavouring), Vegetable oil (SOYA bean oil, anti-foaming agent)
