Fruit Fantasy Cake

Poppy seed sponge cake with delicious layers of butter cream, whipped cream and jelly

Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggsglutenlupincelerysoyasesame seedsnuts and peanuts are handled):

Cake layers: Sugar, WHEAT flour, EGGS, water, potato starch, blue poppy seeds, whey powder (MILK), emulsifiers – mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium pyrophosphate, baking soda, cellulose gum.
Filling: Margarine (vegetable oils – palm, rapeseed, coconut, water, emulsifier, salt, citric acid, potassium sorbate, flavouring, annatto), Butter (MILK), Sugar, water, modified starch, whey powder (MILK) coconut oil, whole MILK powder, calcium sulphate, trisodium phosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, glucose syrup, thickener, calcium lactate, salt, glucose, MILK protein, flavouring, colouring: roboflavin, carotenoids.
Jelly layer: Cherry flavoured jelly with forest fruit mix (Water, Sugar, forest fruit mix (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, redcurrants and cherries), pork gelatine, citric acid, flavouring, colouring: carnoisine, ponceau 4R)
Topping: Whipped cream (Cream (MILK), palm & coconut pulp, sugar, vanillin sugar, pork gelatine, flavouring, carotene], White and Dark chocolate blossoms (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, whey powder (MILK), lactose (MILK) SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, carrot extract)
