Blueberry Doughnut
Traditional soft dough doughnut made with with a blueberry filling, glazed with icing, and topped with chocolate shavings
Ingredients (All products packed in an environment where eggs, gluten, lupin, celery, soya, sesame seeds, nuts and peanuts are handled):
WHEAT flour, EGGS, water, yeast, Margarine (Vegetable Oils: Rapeseed and Palm oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier (PDV), Flavouring, Colour: Annatto, Curcumin),
Filling: Blueberries 70%, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, water, citric acid, sorbic acid, potassium sorbate, aroma, gellan gum
Topping: sugar glaze (Sugar, water, citric acid), dark chocolate blossoms (Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)
