Freshly grated apple filling between layers of shortbread and sprinkled with icing sugar

Filling: Fresh Apples (peeled and grated), Sugar, Cinnamon, Potato flour, vanillin sugar, bread crumbs: [WHEAT flour, Water, yeast, salt, Margarine (Vegetable oils and fats – palm and rapeseed, Water, Emulsifiers, Salt, Ascorbic acid, flavouring, colouring – carotens), sugar, SPELT flakes]
